Okay though this is technically in character i'm explaining things OOC because the exact details are in the hands of the gms.
so first point: the reagents and wording for the rite is recorded in image and a written document (which this is supposed to be) as circulated by Solomon. the list of reagents is long and in some cases bloody rare, so any efforts with regards to actions will go a long way toward gathering them, i allocated my strong action for this, and am looking in strange and unusual places. any help will boost our chances of getting what we need, beg buy borrow, make whatever, every little bit helps.
point two: the vessel, this is the body of some one who died before there time, the inscribing of the ritual on the body creates a creature of pure truth, something valenesh can;t see, which when imprisoned in the binding with the dark god will battle it for eternity and keep it secure.
Now before every one says well look how bloody well that worked out last time, ask yourselves who was the dumb shit that broke into its prison and let it out? back in the apparently more intelligent past they never considered any one would be stupid enough to try such a self destructive act, nor that any one would actually believe its lies. alas we live in such times where pepsi can be proven to be a health product and trump is some kind of super president. new is better huh? now that blatant dig at modern humanity is out of the way...
the vessel does not need to be a blood sacrificed child slain on the day, that's a BS rumour and i have no idea how that started, the vessel has to be some one who died before their time, usually by accident, disease, plane crash, stock portfolio crash, or their vege juicer decided to try and be a lightening conductor that day, actual ritual sacrifice is not needed. FYI i have a line on a suitable vessel, i just need to finish negotiations.
point three: Lucas is the focus where in all energies to empower the ritual will be directed before casting into the vessel, the vessel will be within an inscribed circle (see attached IC photos), the tech and the magi will be gathering and acting like a particle accelerator for the aether (quantum flow modulators) and passing the ley line onto lucas (transmission of quantum resonance into the gathering antennae and biological focusing array).
In the previous ritual the raven lord was a key part of the rite (non human attenuation catalyzing mechanism) as such he should be spoken with by lucas (direct connection information transfer and retrieval, real time interface).
