The Death of Edward Pierce

The evening news was shocked when the body of Edward Pierce was found outside of Omnidyne tower with a single bullet wound to the head. Eyewitnesses say he had walked out of the Tower and was greeted by a supposed member of the magical community who proceed to shout abuse at Mr Pierce. Mr Pierce reportedly responded in kind which resulted in a heated row in the street. When Mr Pierce went to leave the assailant reportedly drew a gun and fired a single shot into Mr Pierce’s head, killing him instantly. Police made a press release saying they have been unable to get a clear description from onlookers and are currently trying to find the assailant but, due to the turmoil within the city, are experiencing difficulties. If anyone has any information about the incident or the assailant the police urge them to get in contact immediately.
