Among the many cities of the world is a system of shareable information boards. Ran by the IPA. Each board is monitored by the IPA itself and its hierarchy. Certain messages are not allowed on the boards including those of illegal means.
These boards Stationed at every post shop, police station and IPA office.
Installation of these services elsewhere comes with a fee annually paid to the business owner.
